Excellant article on light and photography. Having been a factor involved with the national and international distribution of Nikon camera equipment, I can truly say that it is an interesting and technically sound written piece.

Many times I have been asked how to choose a camera. Well, my reaction usually is, “Have you ever gone to a camera store that had cameras on the shelf that didn’t take pictures?” Answer, “No.” All cameras that are sold today, I assure you, can take a picture. It’s the thinking photographer with a good eye, who takes a great picture and he can do it with any camera.

They understanding of light and how it affects your picture is the route to an excellant photograph.
